Kindle Haul

So when it comes to spending gift cards, I plan.  A lot.  I got a $50 card for Amazon along with my new Kindle Paperwhite (thanks mom and dad!).  The Kindle is pretty cool and it's going to be a good way to read at anytime, anywhere.  But really, I think it's my parents' way of telling me
to stop buying physical books until I have room for another bookshelf in my room... which I share with my brother.

Back to the gift card.

Since I used some of my Christmas cash for my Barnes & Noble trip, I wanted to stay within only a $5 limit if I went over on books.  I'm happy to say that I didn't go over too much.  In total I got 7 Kindle books, which I think is a great start for my new device.

And here are the books I got:

  • The Testing - Joelle Charbonneau
  • Independent Study - Joelle Charbonneau
  • Graduation Day - Joelle Charbonneau
  • The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley - Christine Larson
  • This Is Where It Ends - Marieke Nijkamp
  • Sleeping Freshman Never Lie - David Lubar
  • Sophomores and Other Oxymorons - David Lubar

I'm pretty excited to read all of these books, once I'm done with Thirteen Reasons Why.  I'll have to do a 'title-in-a-hat' thing to draw which book I should read next.  No matter what book I draw randomly, I'll be happy.  Like I said, I'm excited to read all of them.

But I'm even more excited to use my Kindle Paperwhite!
